These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website fakeids.xyz and any purchases made through ID (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ID sells custom identification cards for entertainment and novelty use. You may order for yourself or for multiple people in a single checkout. Each person in an order provides their own personal details and photograph. One shipping address applies to the entire order. Pricing follows published bulk tiers based on the total number of items in the order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Speedy delivery, when offered, is an optional add-on charged once per order at the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is considered accepted when payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all details and images submitted. Products are produced based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for delays or defects caused by incomplete, incorrect, or unclear submissions. You represent that you have the right to provide any photos or personal information included in the order, including information belonging to other people in a group order.

5. Permitted use

Products are sold for entertainment, novelty, collectible, and similar lawful purposes only. You agree not to use products in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to misrepresent identity to obtain goods, services, access, or benefits. You are solely responsible for how you use the products after delivery.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees; international transit may take longer depending on destination and customs. Speedy delivery, if selected, prioritizes processing relative to standard orders but does not guarantee a specific calendar date. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where required otherwise by law. You must provide a valid shipping address that can receive packages, including country and postal code.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Because products are customized, orders generally cannot be canceled once production has begun. If an item arrives damaged or materially defective due to our error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual property

The website design, branding, text, and other site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any order or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may also be noted on the site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
